Dental Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans. If you're covered by dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance forms and request that the benefits be assigned to our office. If you're responsible for a co-payment, we require that this be paid when your treatment begins. Please call us if you have any questions about whether your dental insurance is covered, if you need any specific information or forms to bring on your visit or just a general question for our friendly office staff.
